TW2981 Is a memory card controller compatible with SD5.1 protocol, it is based on advanced process, significantly improve the read and write performance of the memory card, dynamic power consumption and static power consumption can meet the stringent requirements of products on the market. It supports flexible online upgrade of internal firmware, powerful ECC error correction algorithm, unique algorithm coprocessor, efficient flash management algorithm, so as to widely support the market of Changjiang storage, Samsung, armor, Hynix, magnesium, Sandex and other flash memory original 2x / 1 xnm process of SL C/MLC / TLC flash memory and 32 / 64 / 72 / 96 / 128 layer 3 DMLC / TLC / QLC flash memory. It supports the latest 2.5 V VCC/1.2V VCCQ flash memory without the addition of peripheral devices.
